The cherry on my sundae

Well, I've got PUPPP and for those who haven't had the luxury of knowing what that is, it's a horribly itchy yet harmless rash that only 1% of women get during pregnancy. And lucky for me, I am that 1%. It started last Sunday and I thought I had gotten a little bug bite under my belly button. But it has continued to spread and the only cure is to have this baby! Hydrocortisone gives me temporary relief, but it's short-lived and I really feel like I may lose my mind. I'm trying to remember how blessed I have been this pregnancy and focus on the fact that this rash is not harmful to either me or Camille. But it's hard to focus on anything other then the incessant itch across my abdomen! This is one more thing that is going to make me even more grateful when I get to hold my baby in my arms.

"Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
Joshua 1:9
