Hello 2nd Trimester!

Well, here it is...the so called "blissful" trimester. My nausea is touch and go...some days I feel great and others I feel sick all day. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will go away for good in the next week or so. Now, I'm enjoying pounding headaches that I've been trying not to medicate. But when you wake up because you feel your head beating against the pillow, it's just time for Tylenol!

I am really enjoying watching my body begin to take on a new form. It's almost imperceptible to others, but those who have seen my bare belly notice the rounding of my abdomen and the loss of my waist line. Finding a bathing suit for the summer months (when I will have a a watermelon instead of a peach in my belly) might be a challenge ; )

I find myself thanking God throughout the day for this gift of life. Speaking of life, I can't wait for the first little signs of life through feeling the movements of our baby! It's going to be so exciting!
